This feature class delineates area downstream from dams that are anticipated to be impacted by flood waters if the upstream dam is breached. Dam breach inundation area were developed by Freese and Nichols, Inc. as contracted by the City of Fort Worth’s TPW Stormwater Division as part of the Emergency Action Plan for multiple TCEQ regulated dams that are owned/operated by the City of Fort Worth. Additionally other breach areas were calculated/identified by other Design Consultants as part of development of EAPs for newly acquired “City” dams.
